Many thanks for your kind remarks, Lea.

As you know, I thought Bob Taylor’s YouTube response to Dave Carroll’s “United Breaks Guitars” was truly inspired.

Although I’d never heard of Taylor Guitars before, I now hold your firm in the very highest regard, as a model of customer focus, customer loyalty and customer service.

If Taylor Guitars made PCs, I’d certainly buy a Taylor PC immediately, as I’d know it would be brilliant technically, and, moreover, should anything unfortunate happen to it, you’d be there to support me.

The contrast with Sony Vaio and their approach to customer service couldn’t be greater.

“More power to your elbow” (as we say in the UK), and very best wishes to everyone at Taylor Guitars.

Hello there. Just stopped-by, doing some research for my Taylor Guitars website. Amazing the amount of information on the web. Not quite what I was looking for, but great site. Have a nice day.
