As you know, I thought Bob Taylor’s YouTube response to Dave Carroll’s “United Breaks Guitars” was truly inspired. Although I’d never heard of Taylor Guitars before, I now hold your firm in the very highest regard, as a model of customer focus, customer loyalty and customer service. If Taylor Guitars made PCs, I’d certainly buy a Taylor PC immediately, as I’d know it would be brilliant technically, and, moreover, should anything unfortunate happen to it, you’d be there to support me.
